really fast pace job on both production line and driving.lots of over time and good people.no progression or very little but good pay long hours and difficult shift patternsbut well worth doing

Toxic environment. Harassment. No training provided or only limited training - mostly online.

Toxic environment. Please avoid. Managers won't support you. Very stressful, fast working place. Poor management. Poor culture. Horrible place to work. Very low work ethic. No worth your time and health. Many engineers left the Company, because it is not safe to work there. CIP is not working and there is a poor quality product. The manager is lying on the day of BRC audit.

Cheap unhealthy food in canteen.

Very fast paced challenging job with demanding production deadlines producing fresh products daily. As role team manger very much manage my own work load and priorities, co-ordinating with stake holders and other departments. each day is different with new challenges. Business continually invest in new technology and maintenance of equipment.
