I worked for the company for over 6 years in the that time had regular pay increases but all below cost of living so ended up earing less at the end than the beginning,mr warburton needed to put has fingertips further in that vast pocket.

Good place to work

Its a good place to work start times are early 3:30. Eveyone that works there are helpful. The management are good and will help where they can. Once out of the bakery and on your own it better.

I've been working for Warburton's for a year and a half now and I find it an interesting and productive job. To begin with it was hard work but it gets easier as you learn the job. You get to a meet lot of people and see a lot of different places when you out and about delivering. The management team and all the staff are friendly and will help you when be. I would recommend working for Warburton's and the salary is very competitive.

Multi Drop Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Bolton - 12 April 2023

Very early starts but it’s job n knock so early finishes aswell, some trucks are old not good to drive. It’s a very active role including picking and loading your truck so if u just want a driving job then it’s not for you.

Okay salary, but awful management.

Sales Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Bicester - 1 January 2020

Salary was okay, but when you consider the SHEER amount of work expected of you, horrible shift patterns, and very early starts, i dont think it was worth it. Management are self serving, and couldnt manage their way out of a paper bag. My particular depot cannot maintain a full team due to the arrogance of management. Drivers are also not treated fairly. Would i recommend? No.
