well payed but long hours
Good place to work for job security and good pay. Advancement isn't available often but still worth working here. Only drawback is the long hours and the work can be very repetitive.
Pros
good pay
Cons
long hours

Bad management
The Bristol bakery has gone downhill very fast the last few years. The morale everywhere in building is at rock bottom. Short staffed all the time and management do not want to pay overtime to cover it. The wage is ok but could be a lot better compared to other factory's. They are in negotiations to try and take overtime rates off the works and put them at single time and various other things to take off the workers. I as well as a lot of others are looking for another job.

None
Cons
Too many to mention
