If your face fits you will go far
You’re expected to do a lot of unpaid training in your own time. They need to get rid of a lot of management to improve the company. A lot of hours with very little reward. The head office and high management seem to be very professionally and well organised however on the ground on various sites where it matters it doesn’t mirror that..Would I recommend this company to a friend no not is there a friend.

This is the best company I’ve ever worked for..
Sounds cliche, but it’s true. In the security industry, it can be hard to find a company that has a fun and healthy work culture. Well, Ward Security have managed just that!

site staff being abused by lazy no good ops managers
I worked with this company as a security guard in Kent region for a few years . We always had a joke about not going to our line managers if we needed something because they NEVER do anything. Things always fall upon the staff at the head quarters. These line/ops managers are the bad fish who are spoiling the whole pond. I wish that the top management had some surveys system in place
Control Supervisor in Head Office

Poor management
I didn’t enjoy my time at Ward Security. I was employed as a Control Supervisor but spent most of my time on the phone dealing with enquiries from the general public.

Are you experienced in sucking up to clients and management, as your potential progression with the company may depend on your answer. So think carefully. 5. Can you read and write, drive, use a guard patrol system. If you answer yes, to questions we have a job for you, but more than likely on a sub standard site, with a zero hours contract. Welcome to FRAUD Security.
