Great Workplace, However Benefits and Management is Poor
Great place to work. However, they advertise that they have great benefits and have a great culture but this does not come through for the London based staff. Equally escalation channels and business structure is poor and this is fundamentally down to poor management and lack of procedures.

A company dedicated to delivering the best results
An absolutely fantastic company to work for, with a very deliberate focus on work / life balance. With progress being measured through results rather than time spent, unlimited training budgets to progress your knowledge and excellent health benefits, the company cares just as much about the people employed as the clients they serve.

productive and fun
Waterstones everything about this place was good as soon as you go in you have to scan your hand to clock in which is organised then the warehouse itself was never dirty or rubbish everywhere seems as though you have new impound deliveries coming in like 4 times a dsy
