Good company even since being taken over. Management are a pleasure and always want to help. Lads are good guys. Overall not a bad place to work. Take home between 2.200 - 2.500pcm

Told to read the manual. It sets out what you can and can’t do….. if you follow the manual you won’t do many deliveries!If you don’t and it goes wrong you will be sackedIf you don’t do the delivery they will say ok then schedule the same delivery to you the next dayDope to my manager 4 timesIn 10 weeks interview resignation and two phone calls In total!

Dreadful

Worst job in the world. Management haven’t got a clue what they are doing and they are so patronising, it’s unbelievable. The jobs itself is made to be 10 times harder than it needs to be, with targets that are so high that they are unachievable. If you want a job that sucks the life and soul out of you, this is the place. Oh if you voice any concerns they brush it off and then treat you like rubbish for weeks, mental health is not something they believe in there.

Not the best leadership. Mix match in leadership.. all trying to achieve different things. No people management skills. Micro managed. Even when you get results and exceed targets, they find something to pick at.

Best fuel company to work for

Been at watsons for 6 months and it is honestly the best company I have worked for. Management are nice and approachable, good money and don’t pressure you. Having worked for another fuel company and knowing how others run watsons is 100% the best from an employees point of view
