At phone with very kind people
Answered 28 October 2022
One of the main concerns of Wecasa is the well-being and the success of our professional partners. Thus, the Wecasa team is always available to help, advise and answer any questions pros could have. A common stressful situation for a professional could be a disagreement with a client. But no worries, in that case, the Casacenter provides the support to find a solution for the pro and the client.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we took measures to protect our professionals and customers.Firstly, we set up an advisory service for professional partners to answer their concerns and administrative questions. We ensured that the barrier measures were respected by giving out gloves and masks free of charge and by creating educational tutorials for our professional partners. This helped to reassure the entire Wecasa community. In addition, we supported the professionals by setting up the "solidarity pre-booking", a system allowing customers to help them by paying them an amount of money during the lockdown to be used during the following year. Finally, we launched a new service: video sports coaching for customers.

Can you work remotely at Wecasa?
Asked 23 September 2022
Wecasa’s employees can work remotely or work from home up to 2 days a week, one of our core values being flexibility/freedom for everyone. Wecasa’s professional partners (massage therapists, beauticians, cleaners, hairdressers) perform home services so they go directly to their clients’ house in order to provide their services. However, they’re totally free to choose their working area and their timetable.
