  • Absolutely rediculous! If you have a day off sick, and come in the day after but decide you don’t feel well enough and go home, that will count as TWO strikes on your record!!

  • No pay first two days.

  • Recently HR have enforced the sickness policy and people are being issued with warnings when they hit 3 absences in a rolling 12 month period.

  • Not paid in first twelve months. Not paid for first three days. Twelve weeks maximum per rolling year.
