Patient care is not at the forefront of this company. Ridiculous priorities, staff cuts and high profit expectations. Let’s cut footfall because of Covid but we will hound you because shop sales are down. All about profit and no interest in staff well-being at all. My store had a fantastic team who worked their backsides off during some tough times and watched everyone around us get praise while we got kicked down that little bit more.

Beyond stressful

Workload is never ending and impossible to achieve with the number of staff in branch. Lots of new initiatives coming from head office, which are great for the profession but all seem to be coming at the cost of the wellbeing of the staff at branch level. If you join this company as a trainee be prepared to do a lot of work at home as you will have no time during the working day.For what you get paid it's just not worth it.

Very stressful and underpaid for the type of responsibility the job involved

Very under staffed, under paid and very stressful. Shame as it could have been a lovely place to work with the right amount of staff. Customers were very demanding which I didn’t mind if they weren’t so rude!

Stressful

The stress levels are not worth the pay. Staff hours cut inexperienced Pharmacist Managers appointed with the amount of services required of the Pharmacist the staff are left to struggle while the the Pharmacist is now having to juggle being the manager and Pharmacist. Staffing hours will be cut again soon something serious is going to happen either to a customer of a member of staff it’s far to stressful.

Stressfull and not enough pay

Lack of staff and expecting to still hit all targets with lack of staff it is getting dangerous work place its not a sweet shop we deal with patients and there medical needs and the pay rate is to low for the work that is expected you are not a person just a number the management don't care
