Health Care Assistant in London, Greater London

Great team spirit
Great team dynamics, supported by management. Really enjoyed my time working here. Not much career progression though which was the main reason I moved on
Health Care Assistant in Crowthorne, Berkshire
on 7 July 2023
Not so great.
Not worth the money. Underpaid for the risk you are taking. Depends in what ward you are working. But mostly it is a toxic place and staff are not protected there at all.
Ward Administrator in Crowthorne, Berkshire

Supportive line manager
I worked here for a brief 7 months - I had to leave due to personal reasons however I enjoyed my time here, line manager was very good, supportive and understanding. Hours were good and flexible if need to be. If it wasn't for personal reasons I would go back!
Newborn Hearing Screener in Middlesex
on 24 October 2022
Friendly helpful and mostly keen.
I’ve enjoyed working in my current role with the NHS. From interview to date I have felt welcomed and comfortable. I would say take a chance but be sure the field you apply for does actually interest you.
Community Psychiatric Nurse in London, Greater London
on 19 October 2022
Good work culture, bad salary and poor staff retention.
Wonderful team to work for. Management is understating and supportive.Unfortunately, salary does not reflect cost of living. As a result of this, a high percentage of nurses turn to agency, which leads to staff shortage and high turn over of staff.
