Not so great.
Not worth the money. Underpaid for the risk you are taking. Depends in what ward you are working. But mostly it is a toxic place and staff are not protected there at all. Ward Administrator in Crowthorne, Berkshire

Supportive line manager
I worked here for a brief 7 months - I had to leave due to personal reasons however I enjoyed my time here, line manager was very good, supportive and understanding. Hours were good and flexible if need to be. If it wasn't for personal reasons I would go back!Health Care Assistant in Crowthorne

Enjoyed working there but awful treatment of bank staff
I loved working for WLMHT, great place to gain experience and feels as part of a family. However the management of bank staff is horrendous and bank staff are treated very poorly. Would take months to book a shift or contact management regarding training, concerns etc. After numerous attempts of trying to contact them, I decided to leave. This was such a shame as I loved working at the hospital.What would you say about your employer?
