CEO is trying to make improvements but culture very poor

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Actively seeking new employment Culture - worst for bullying and harassment Too many pay rises for those already on decent salaries. Lack of progression for lower bands.

Cons

Bullying culture. Constant changes/restructures.

Supportive line manager

I worked here for a brief 7 months - I had to leave due to personal reasons however I enjoyed my time here, line manager was very good, supportive and understanding. Hours were good and flexible if need to be. If it wasn't for personal reasons I would go back!

Not what you know it's who you know

Don't waste your time applying for jobs at the RNOH , only people who are friends / family get the jobs or somebody else who is already in the role and it's being made permanent

Great work place

Was great and fun but serious place to work, learnt a lot over the years and would now like a change from administration, I am a quick at picking things up so would like a new challenge

Administrative

Allowed me to develop a better work ethic. Due to university study, I can't work that much, but when I do, there's an abundance of work to do. This has helped me to be determined in persevering in my work, despite being somewhat repetitive. Being in the business of healthcare, I appreciate the necessity of my role, which motivates me to maintain a good work ethic, in order to help my Surgery run efficiently
