Not worth the money. Underpaid for the risk you are taking. Depends in what ward you are working. But mostly it is a toxic place and staff are not protected there at all.

Management no matter how much effort you put in they are quick to throw you under the bus I wouldnt recommend working here.Nurses don't help the HCA's and have a habit of ignoring call bells.
