Dysfunctional top heavy management

The most useful review selected by IndeedFace less top heavy management. Culturally dysfunctional and punitive.Ward based staff are not important any more. Support departments exist for themselves and many tiers of management which tread on eachother toes. A difficult job made harder

Treated badly

The company tries to find ways of reducing your pay. High levels of staff sickness which leaves everyone else in a lot of stress to maintain safety. Not much development opportunities.
