Unfair place, production manager have to like your face otherwise you won't be a successful at all. Also they listen to it everyone opinions about you instead to see themselves. Management working for friendship instead to put all efforts for production and business. New staff coming as and leaving after little while.

As with all jobs filled with promise only to become less enchanted as the year progresses. Filled with empty promises false sense of security.Office run by only one person even though there are many managers. Poor lines of communication

A truly awful place to work. Underhanded, disrespectful, poorly managed. And the way they treat you, despite working hard and doing all that is asked of you, is beyond despicable.
