Wouldn’t recommend, they don’t care about their staff. 2 year contract with dismissal at any time without any procedure or reasoning. Terrible work life balance, far too demanding to warrant the salary.

A truly awful place to work. Underhanded, disrespectful, poorly managed. And the way they treat you, despite working hard and doing all that is asked of you, is beyond despicable.

Career Stagnation.

Co-workers are very friendly, the work load is highly repetitive, and there is little opportunity for progression. Management has little interest in developing you as a person or as an employee. The salary is acceptable for the job, training is very much on the fly with little structure.Overall it is very much a company in which you are consigned to the one role. You will often find many who choose to leave have similar issues with the company.

Worse place to work

Unfair place, production manager have to like your face otherwise you won't be a successful at all. Also they listen to it everyone opinions about you instead to see themselves. Management working for friendship instead to put all efforts for production and business. New staff coming as and leaving after little while.
