Good place to work
WCC offered plenty of training and opportunities to progress with your career. A typical day would include managing the HRA account and Term Partnering Contractor to ensure our customers were receiving value for money. The job also involved managing the repairs portal and overseeing the Building Surveyors to ensure we were delivering a first class service.

I enjoyed my work in caring for the elderly with excellent end result.The end of my 12 years service was brutal as given no choice for redundancy options also was very sad to say goodbye to all residents and staff

Fun place to work
