It not bad but you have to have initiative to be successful. Co workers are easy to get along with and very helpful. They notice hard work and will reward
I had quite a bit of opportunity during my time at WestRock. I was fortunate to be invited to take management courses and eventually received a promotion to a management position.
great place to work,all the people are great and the work environment is excellent. I wouldn't be looking for a job but its a one hour drive for me to work.
