great company to work for management like anywhere else, the atmosphere mostly positive great compensations packages work life balance is almost non existent on second shift.. only 15min breaks
benefits and pay are great also OT
short breaks, non rotating work schedule, mandatory every other weekends
Terrible place to work. People are constantly calling off or quitting. You are forced to work overtime often. The worst part about it is that let’s say you work 3-11 pm. A manager can come up to you as late as 10:30 and say hey you have to work late 4 hours cause so and so called in sick, and if you say no you get half a point on their 6 point system. The plant is filthy and the machines are in disrepair. Most of the maintenance people have no idea what they are doing. company only cares about profits. The only good thing about them is that they pay well and have decent benefits.
Good break room
Forced overtime no heat or ac
The pay wasn't bad but the health care coverage was terrible. I made $20 an hour but the cost of covering my family insurance was $100 a week which is terrible. And I had to pay any medical bill in full til my deductible was met. And they don't offer and paid sick days, so if you get sick you don't get paid.
Short breaks, health care
Good location to train if you want to be a gluer operator, alot of make ready and also alot of mandatory overtime, they ran a 12hr shifts, 4-3-3-4 schedule. Management has room for improvement.
Pay vacation, uniforms and benefits
Alot of Overtime, point systems, and pay
The training there is absolutely the minimal the supervisors are only worried about production mandatory overtime just really not a place to work if you want any kind of life but if u are a robot have at it management tries to make everyone happy with free pizza once in awhile and your fellow employees are more worried about what they can get away with and making you cover for them then trying to help you out or work together and make everything go smooth

Management is clueless for most part and lies to you to get you in, then treats you like garbage. Scheduling is broken. No time for any family. Nepotism at it’s finest! If you don’t suck up to management’s favorite people they will fire you. Money is good but you don’t get time to spend it unless you miss out on sleep and almost wreck your car on the way to or from work. 12 hour shifts 6-7 days a week. Not worth it!
Absolutely everything else
Was told the first week that this is a company that does not believe in incentives, very demanding on production, but no rewards, bad work life balance, if you are new, good luck getting time off, very often they would force you to work overtime with no heads-up, if you can't make it, they take points away from you. Other than that, very stable company, not much risk for being laid-off, but you will feel burned out. Company could do so much better for their employees, must immediately stop enabling supervisors to freak out on workers, that kind of behavior seemed accepted, from management and employees
Can make $20 an hour
Management doesn't respect the concerns or input of floor employees. Things can't improve if you don't talk to your employees. Machines aren't maintained at a level for high production. Lots of time poor stock to run thru the machines. Leadership is bad and not intune with what's happening on each shift in the flexo departments. Will promote a person just because you like them. Not based on experience or right fit for the position.
Paid every week no Sundays
Too many Saturdays (6 day work week), Poor Work/Life balance, Tone deaf management, Lead by fear
Decent money, very hot work environment with no A/C. Boring job same thing everyday and expected to do more than is probably possible. Pulled back at work, was begged not to leave and/or seek medical attention. Told supervisor I just needed to sleep it off. They insisted I stay and sleep there and get paid for night.
Potential to advance, bbqs and raffles
Work conditions, unrealistic workload expectations. Boring tedious work.
Work-life balanceYou are overworked underpaid underappreciated. Work conditions are harsh with only 4 15 minute breaks on a 12 hour shift.Pay & benefitsThe benefits are alrightJob security and advancementIt’s alright they will promoteManagementManagement is horribleCultureEthnicalOverallI was a valued employee at one point in time. Until I had issues and it revealed how management really handle staff was underpaid overworked. If I had to do it all over again I would never work there were conditions was harsh. At one point in time I was promoted then I was demoted to be put on the line. Where I was I will work that time. I worked strenuous hours to 12 hours shifts.I wish the company would value the employees Waymore.
Management is terrible. Machines/ conveyors are always down. They try to hold you to a standard that they themselves can't live up to. If you work shipping prepare to miss breaks due to shipping lead not prioritizing certain jobs. Machines get backed up because of shipping and you're held accountable for it.
Free lunch once in awhile
Incompetent management, poor equipment, no heads up for changing your shift, supervisors gossip to other employees about employees
