Good work place

Good workplace. I was a fulltime worker there over there and I found nice management and good line leader. Light work and perfect shift (7-3) which was good for me. They never forced to stay for over time.

Stressful worklife

Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - 20 November 2017

WestRock senior management is more interested in saying yes to their clients, no matter how unreasonable the request, then paying attention to the career growth and well-being of their employees. Understaffed and overworked are the two guarantees at WestRock.

Poor leadership and management. Very little to no career advancement
