Poor leadership
Due the business failing, the atmosphere is very toxic. The leaders aren’t competent and there is a culture of fear that stops them making decisions. Communication is very bad and there is a lot of propaganda. Leadership can’t be trusted. Nepotism and bias is rife. Community Associate in London

WeWork
Wework is great, the company and the people are fantastic. In regards to management and sales they are really good and help alot it would have been great to spend more time there. I think they definately do invest in relationships really well, especially if your renting, buying or looking to work with them. Great fun, you do work really hard, it is a fast pace that looks slow pace but great vibe and people so time passes quickly and always proactive with great problem solving.Community Associate in London, Greater London
