Very Driver and Family Unfriendly Rotas.

Bus Driver (Former Employee) - Swavesey, Cambridgeshire - 12 April 2022

Worked for this outfit and left within a couple of Months.Unrealistic timetables, asked to drive Filthy buses, Damaged Buses, Management boast about themselves not working weekends and bank holidays. Will work you into the ground. No Family time or social life. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Management don’t care, can’t get any holiday as always gets refused and coaches are old broken especially air con and heating so turns into a freezer in winter and oven in the summer

Couldn't find the time warp button anywhere on the coach and believe me you will need to find it working here regularly 2 to 3 hrs late finishing, constantly tired as worked to death by this company Open door policy not worth a w ankTimings done by Google maps complete joke as these vehicles can only do 60mph top speed legallyShort breaks and asked to work through these (TACHO MANIPULATION)vehicles all dented as company will take anyone on with a licence as they have fast turnover of drivers wages ok but mileage driven absolutely crazy You will be worked to your limit and if your vehicle is a long way away from the depot with passengers on and has a mechanical issue expect to be begged to carry on this happened to me on 2 occasions in 5 months Shame used to be a good company when national express but now flixbus and everything has gone out the window tbh I don't think the management really care at all anymoreNo training no route learning no cpc training Driver trainer nice guy but doesn't hold a pcv licence anymore and no time available for any training for drivers Don't do it don't risk your licence or freedomControllers decent

Very good to work for,if not for COVID would still be there,highly recommended for when things get better ,good management and other drivers friendly,all in all a pleasant place to work ,,,

In all my years of work I have never worked for such a poorly organised and unprofessional operation, you are completely undervalued as a staff member and generally treat like dirt. There is a total lack of courtesy and manners all over the business and basically anyone considering this as an option for employment should carry on looking
