Friendly, relaxed environment
Relaxed environment to work in, hours can be long and unsociable but staff are friendly and helpful. Half price meals are available on shift. Other discounts also available.

Tiring and stressful
Overworked and underpaid from a chef point of view. Tips aren't shared either! If they aren't cutting your hours they're cutting others and leaving you short staffed all the time
Housekeeping in Portishead

Low wages & over worked
Over worked and well underpaid Sometimes don’t get day off in 17 days or more . Some days we get given 12 or more rooms to clean in little time … the wages are so low compared to other places and for how hard we have to work also

Busy service and high hygiene standards.
A great company to work for as long as you make sure you lay down your set hours when you first join the company. Expect to be asked to do more. There are never enough staff.
