Poor management

Middle management think they are running the factory, egos and unprofessionalism ruins what could potentially be a good place to work. The longer term staff get treated poorly and the lack of opportunities for growth is apparent.

Not a pleasant place to work.

The company is becoming very greedy on its staff. No respect or encouragement to progress. Shouted out like kids if a human error is made. Morale is so low in the factory. Even people who have been there years have had enough. It used to be a good factory to work for, not anymore. Also it’s about quantity not quality.
