Most people are nice but you work alone and people are always leaving so it makes you want to move on as well.

Quite organised. There was a lot of e-learning training modules that you had to complete online although I didn't use a lot of it in practice, but you are expected to know it. If anything was to happen you will be responsible as you have completed the course and signed it online. You do tend to learn more from other staff by observing than the e-course I found.
