I have received my discount card after 3 months and the discount varies on the product, in most stationery items its 25% occasionally 50%. Even if you don't receive the card I am sure your colleagues will let you use their staff discount( my colleagues did)

Quite organised. There was a lot of e-learning training modules that you had to complete online although I didn't use a lot of it in practice, but you are expected to know it. If anything was to happen you will be responsible as you have completed the course and signed it online. You do tend to learn more from other staff by observing than the e-course I found.
