Asked 2 December 2018Managers talk to staff nicer. It will be a nicer environment and iv seen borderline bullying a couple of times . Just talk to each other with abit of respect.
Answered 27 December 2019Alot of younger people work at the wickes I'm at which I like as it can be more upbeat with the younger people but iv noticed the mangers will talk to the younger people like rubbish and being a older employee I see they have a high turn over if staff as the younger people leave most of the time because there fed up with the way they are spoken when they work so hard ! which means we spend more time training new staff . Please keep good moral up as it makes work so much easier. Thankyou
