Initially I was excited, that I will be part of Wilson James. but every thing that glitters is not a gold. It was biggest mistake of my life by joining Wilson James., poor management and working environment

The job itself isnt bad, however when needed help, management are very unhelpful, and very unappciated towards their staff and society is based in a group with the same country.

Very toxic environment. Stay clear

Very toxic environment, stay clear. Inexperienced management total disorganised no training, no progression and it runs through the whole business. Lack of basic education through the business. One operation manager thought their was 54 weeks in a year. Management don't know the statutory minimum amount of holiday. It just goes on and on and on. Unbelievable.

Definitely not a fun workplace your under pressure from start to finish

This company doesn't care for their workforce your exhausted at the end of your shift you get a day and a half off then your back in the shifts need changing low mood among employees the work is stressful most enjoyable part is when your on your way home

Less salary but good management

They were OK, Control will reply on time and sort out out any issue arise.Holidays were covered and they will arrange for you on time.Good work culture and good management and leadership. Always help and reply on time to sort out any problem officer facing.

Within an industry of high turnover and constant competition it is refreshing to work for a company that puts employees first, recognises performance and reward those that support their vision. I would struggle to find another security company that truly stands by their ethos over all else. This environment is lead from the top, excellent leadership has resulted in loyal employees and clients alike.

Don't work for this company

Management on site don't tend to respect their staff. Lots of favouritism to who gets the best overtime and step ups. Weak on site management. Arrogant supervisors. Useless HR No guidence from them Managers always right!!!Interaction/communication from senior/management for policies are poor.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here

Place is a shambles, not organised, left standing in same spot for hours. Never time to get you a break, supervisors don’t care about you, not to mention I had to chase them to get paid. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Your only a number in this Company very high staff turnover and easy to see why. No respect given and on job training is unorganised. Start times are bad. For a job your meant to be alert for your kept tired with shift patterns

Constant setting workers against workers ie staff v suvs or dms , no support from above constant critiscism , i just felt after 18 years i was being sidelined along with others who didnt fit , so i handed in my notice for my mental health , its a really good job pays not fantastic for what your doing but they need the right people running the station

very hard to work with supervisors and mangement

a lot of nepotism especially at belfast international. Close relationships with management and supervisors in particular were greatly rewarded. Leaving other isolated and often left with the bear minimum of training. This often ostracized people for long periods, eg months at a time.
