Hard but rewarding work
Enjoyable friendly atmosphere , if you are keen to learn and get your head down you can progress quickly within the company.I personally worked on both sites and found both management and staff at both sites both helpful and friendly and the banter was quality.

Terrible, stressful workplace badly managed
Terrible poorly run factory, office very clicky and very stressful, management are disliked by many staff and they treat people unfairly. I feel so much relief that I no longer have to go into that awful office

Really good work place
Wilton Bradley is my first professional workplace. I have previously worked in little jobs such as at restaurants, but now I work in the finance department. Since joining the company I have been supported entirely through my career, they have paid for my training as I started with no finance qualifications, they listen to any concerns I have and always strive to fix them. They also listen to what I want to do work wise, my role has adapted a lot within the company and I always push to do more and they always facilitate my needs and wants to the best of their ability, they also pick up on what strengths I have and aim to help me grow as not only a professional but an individual, giving me a whole company perspective rather than entirely financial. It's really nice working for a family business where you feel like you are really appreciated as a member of staff and your efforts are noticed.
