How do you feel about the future of Wincanton Ltd?
Not a bright future. This is due to insufficient security. Not all employees get access to the systems which means sharing passwords, emails etc. The rates of pay are not competitive compared to surrounding companies. Staff have to pretend to be site security which means work doesn't get done. Unfortunately it just seems a recipe for disaster.Asked 21 September 2019
