Management not owning up to their failures. They ruthless with a slight messiah complex. Mangement believe they are present to enforce rules not abide by them. This can be very stressful as it causes a us verse them culture in the workplace.
Having to deal with people who don’t care and lack of resources.
Unloading containerships,
winter time with. sludgy building sites
Lack of professionalism and no support from Management/Trainers
