Management not owning up to their failures. They ruthless with a slight messiah complex. Mangement believe they are present to enforce rules not abide by them. This can be very stressful as it causes a us verse them culture in the workplace.

Awful, management are living in the 1980's. They demand respect but in reality have zero respect via their staff. Staff are dwindling and the remaining are being overworked to pick up the slack. The Blackburn depot is full of false promises that are rarely delivered.

The staff are brilliant but unfortunately they are let down by poor leadership. They are not given their worth, so it's best not to tell anyone who we work for.

Simply because they want you to be perfect from day 1 stacking and rates and continually harass you about your rates daily. They see chronic stress and couldn't care less.......In a nutshell makes you feel useless and depressed.Never again
