Manager supermarket in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset
on 19 May 2022
Fast paced
Not what it used to be, not enough resources to fulfill role. Can be very fast paced with high workload. Supply chain can be shockingly bad at times .
Customer assistant in Leeds

Stressful and depressing
Colleagues are not respected by the management team, indeed most of the managers are looking for jobs in other retail sectors. Not filled with confidence!
Night Sales Assistant in Bodmin

Don't work there
They take everything, and give nothing. They don't care about personal circumstance. They lie about everything and the food hygiene standards are horrific to non-existent
Twilight Manager in Bridport

Takes over your life
Job takes over your life , ok pay on salary but you end up doing extra hours for nothing making your hourly rate poor , not very good work life balance overall not worth being a manager at Morrisons
Customer Assistant in Minehead
on 18 May 2022
Poor management
No job satisfaction as management are only interested in ticking boxes. Not interested in customer satisfaction. Staff treated like robots.Staff canteen rarely open. No time to buy food from the store as you get told off if your 2 minutes late back from your break. Have to shout across the store for permission to go to toilet as team leaders get cross if you call them over. The store is very cold, even in the Summer.
