Am on 4on/4off nights out of Bicester. £16.75 per hour o/t £22.75 with 2 hours per shift guaranteed. Sat £22.75 all hours. Sun £29.00 all hours. any o/t shifts are paid at Mon/Sat £22.75 ph, Sun £29.00ph. 12hr shift paid on all o/t. Basic is £44,500 per annum Holiday is 12.5 days per annum as 4on/4/off.
