This box ticking exercise unfortunately happens regularly. Those without knowledge, skills or understanding pass judgement on those with knowledge, skills, understanding whilst monitoring their increasing levels of frustration and disillusionment. Pay is not a motivating factor for those seeking employment in the Public Sector and so their commitment to the people they serve is rarely rewarded financially.
