The job is enjoyable, the management are unprofessional

Working for word360 was enjoyable in regard to talking to new people, building relationships with really nice clients and interpreters. Management however are not approachable, unsupportive in work and when having personal issues. The management are also very two faced and childish. Confidentiality does not exist and they will use anything they can to make things adhere to their narrative. There are derogatory comments made toward staff and about interpreters and people are expected to laugh it off as a joke. All in all the company would be a really enjoyable experience if not for immature management choices

Avoid working for word360

AVOID working for word360Worked for them but they not answering my emails and not paying my two bookings.Rude staff at their payment team. Their management are poor and didn't pay attention to customer claim and not paying staff salary on time.

Management not good

Linguist need more attention and should regularly asked about their issues and difficulties the face.I reported issues, no outcome. Very wrong call transfer system. They should improve their it system and encourage linguists to progress and provide them with guidance, advice and facilities

Interpreter

I never had a problem that was not solved - very good company to work for and the staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. This job has changed me for the better and helped me learn so many new things and gave me a different perspective in regards to people around me. The feeling of helping those in need is priceless.

The work place is excellent.. the managers and staff help out the things … many times it is corrected by themselves.. thanks .. just an humble request , there is need to raise the per hourly rate specially for experienced Interpretor

It's a good company to work with. I'm a telephone interpreter and so based at home. But, I call staff members from time to time and I feel that they've got a good energy in the office. They are very polite, professional and highly organised.
