Use to be good
The company is good., and the work is fairly easy once you get to know the system but the IT does need an over haul.Some TL need to learn how to talk to people but most are really helpful and supportive, will go out the their way to help, and most of us help out where we can. Awful company
The worst place i have ever worked, there is no support and you are expected to know everything with minimal training the tls do not offer any assistance and instead criticise you for every little mistake, the pressure for hourly targets was way overwhelming and they'd pick you apart in front of colleagues for not hitting targets

Utterly Awful.
The worst place I have ever worked, by a long mile. Customers are rude but obviously, that's just par for the course. What is lacking is any support from TLs - some may choose to help you, some don't know how to help you, some just won't help you. Good start but toxic company
Like the job at first however the toxic environment since woven was formed. Managers love to call you late evening to tell you to work. Consistent lying to customers . Mental health will take a massive hit working for them . Very thankful they are now in administration

The worst job you will ever work
This is one of the worst jobs I have ever worked hands down. TLs treat you like youre nothing. Forced to work 7 days straight finishing 12 am every night. You will get in trouble for things you have not even trained for. On top of this you are expected to answer calls from 5 different places.
