They ask for references, they make sure you can work in the UK, i had to give over my passport as proof, even though I am British, i have lived in the UK all my life and have a north Lincolnshire accent ffs.
I guess they must be confused seeing as 100% of all the other people working there are Polish lol
The background check required to work for Wren is nothing different or intensive compared to any other sales or retail job.
They do a background check befre allowing you to join i believe.
