We have a sort of formal, sit down review every four weeks for pay and six weeks for performance, but we are always talking about performance improvements as a showroom in our daily briefs and occasional debriefs.

Performance reviews are conducted monthly with the management team, looking at key patterns and room for improvement. this is a good thing it shows my self where I can maximise opportunity of my day to day work.
