We try to maintain a very relaxed atmostphere during the interview stage.
All interviewers want things to go well, by helping the candidate relax the interview process should run much more smoothly and hopefully produce a good result.
Once the interview has concluded; we would take them on a quick tour of the office and advise them of the next steps in the interview process.

The first step is to leave your CV on security. Then phone to you from Wren Kitchen with the date of the meeting. At the meeting, briefly tell about yourself. Few when the required English language
Phone interview. First in store with GSM. Possible second with Regional manager.
Asked to come in for a one to one meeting with the store manager, Questions to see what had previously done for a living and to see if i had the necessary skills for the job, i was then asked to come back and meet the regional manager.

I fouund my interview process very relaxed & informal & had a chance to interact with some of the staff.

Focus on the correct service for the customer witin the sales process and installation aspect of the kitchen
Application to the job vacancy and have a call from Showroom manager and book an interview with manager
