Talking to the manager about previous experiance.
Interviewed by the retail director, then by regional manager and then by store manager.
It was a fun interview, I was told about everything from day one, training was also great.
Applied online, got a call back from one of the offices in London to say that I have an interview. Interview was brief and effective, mainly asked whether I can work in a fast-pace environment and other stuff that qualify me to this role. Was offered the job on the spot.
General informal discussion as I was recommended by my friend who’s an AM.
Thorough and fair
Booked online and the HR department picks it up for each area with a phone call and an initial interview. Once HR has checked their qualifications or experience they will be given either another phone interview or one in the showroom.
They are looking for either a background in design, or experience in sales.
Once they are happy they can start almost straight away
Slick. Knowledgeable and detailed. Personable interview with great understanding and questions
It is a tough but fair process. A lot of money goes into our training so they have to employ the right people.
I signed up with a finance-centric recruitment agency and they got me an interview with the Finance Manager at Wren's head office in Barton-upon-Humber. The interview consisted of me meeting with the FM as well as the supervisor of the sub-team I was interviewing to be apart of. The interview was in a small, cosy office room (approx. the size of a large closet) and was around 30 minutes in length.
The interview was early morning and I received a call from the recruitment agent later in the afternoon that I had been offered the job!
