Decent place to work for

I did enjoy my time at ws the work its self was pretty easy work ( curtainsider) the planners were good guys and the the drivers were all good lads who were willing to help out if you were stuck with anything

Soso

Nice units interesting work but the pay wasn't enough for the loads pulled. Overtime to help top the low wages only goes to the same drivers including decent runs always back late on a Friday and the same drivers parked up early.

Fast paced, Planners don't like drivers very much

I learnt fast that the planners blame the drivers and they don't really do anything about it at senior management level. They have a lot of managers and I personally never knew who mine was. They try and pack as much into the day as they can and although the planners are supposed to help you park the truck safely at night if you need help, they couldn't really give a jot.
