Project Manager in GLH
on 22 April 2020
Stressful and competitive
It's a good place overall with good benefits. However, there's lack of proper processes among divisions and in certain accounts which causes issues and frustration. Also, management should pay more attention to the culture fit through the recruitment process especially when the teams work so closely for such a big part of the day. Recruitment process should be optimized as it feels like people who don't share the proper mentality and vision get in and that can cause issues.
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER in London, Greater London
on 29 January 2022
Not the greatest experience
Very poor experience. The team were unsupportive and I felt siloed in my team. My team often huddled together, speaking negatively about me and my manager was not supportive at all. A lot of the time, i felt like i was walking on egg shells. I wish it could have been a warmer and more collaborative experience.
