Sales and Marketing Manager in Falkirk

Target Focussed
A typical day would consist of running day to day operations as well as generating leads to call for sign ups in order to achieve company targets. Very target focussed.
Operations Manager in Stockton-on-Tees

Awful, unappreciated, used, bad management
Don't work here. Its literally awful. You wont be appreciated, you will work all the hours god sends for nothing. The staff turnover is ridiculous even when you are smashing audits and sales targets and revenue - nothing is ever good enough. Progression is impossible to get out of club level. Head office are disgraceful, communication is none existent unless its a horrible ranting email. No appreciation, no recognition. Just dont do it. Oh & the salary is badddd. Commission earned - they will find a way not to pay you this!

Great place to work
Really great place to work. Positive atmosphere, stretched but achievable targets and good chance to earn extra bonus and commission to top up salary. Brilliant team!

Fun workplace but very productive and busy
Everyday was fast paced but with reasonable time frames. New challenges as the company strived to stay in touch with latest digital marketing techniques. A great atmosphere overall with a positive can do attitude filtered down from management. Training offered when required and no day was the same. Many teams and departments collaborating to help the various clubs provide new and better services for their clients. Company benefits included gym membership. Hardest part of the job could be very tight deadlines with many campaigns and promotions being formulated from day to day. High pressure and a need for being organised and on top of all requests essential.

Waste of time
Don’t even bother yourself, there are better companies to work for and better products services to sell! Spent a few years there and none of my colleagues had a good word to say about the place.
