Rewarding, sometimes frustrating!
A rewarding and challenging place to work. Sometimes frustrating management decisions but the pay is good. Good benefits and advancement options if you are willing to jump through a few hoops.

Productive, fast paced and good for a stop gap
Xerox is one of those types of jobs which is good for a stop gap in between jobs, the work is on going and you'll be moved from time to time, you get to listen to music all day and you get good breaks too. Just try not to get on the wrong side of the managers. Good luck if you're starting soon!

Nice work environment. I had a good time there. I made friends. I just was disappointed that the company had to relocate their customer service department at some point.

Depressing
Severe lack of structure at xerox (concept). Retention of experienced staff is not a thing. Profit over people at every turn. The management is a faceless entity who offer no support to the teams on the ground.Salaries are just above minimum wage for skilled roles. (Company makes huge sums for its shareholders)
