Broadband Specialist in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
seemed ok at first
The best thing at XLN from my experiance was the people you worked with exculding the managment there was one manager that it is unclear how he still has a job and the training I would say is below par for all the main systems that were required to use on a daily basis I was sat to next one of the colleguge and he wasnt a trainer but he was expected to show me how to use the systems, explain it and do his job all at the same time which is a poor training system and took me a while to get hold of them, also at no point was it explained to me if there were still calls in the que at 8pm when it was closing time I would have to stay until the que was cleared. The operation manager would often be buzzing around saying you had sent a reminder on system to check it and it was showing no action and demand an time for when you would be checking it overall I found it stressful and when going into a different company doing the same role but for domestic instead of business like XLN is you can see just how poor the training and overall process for reporting a fault is

Horrendous place to work..
They got rid of me whilst I was pregnant as I left on my shift finish time and didn’t get a sale.Pressure was horrendous in regards to constantly making you feel rubbish if you didn’t get a sale and not enough praise when you was smashing targets

Management terrible not a clue what they are doing and very abusive.work culture very much a boys club (racism & Sexism) hardest part of the job liaising with HR and poor management.
Retentions Advisor in Westminster
From the initial interview and even the training I felt this was going to be the place for me.
My area manager seemed great at first, the department I was in was a male dominated department and this wasn't a problem until problems started to arise and clearly being vocal to the correct managers was not something they like or agree with. I'll keep it brief but the pay was pretty dull for what this department is made to do, with a slim pickings chance of commission.
By the end of the 6 months I couldn't wait to leave and not be apart of such a toxic department, this let my view of the company completely drop.

Management have no respect for anyone below them
I've worked here just over a year, I've been in a couple of departments and what I've found is that management don't care about the agents at all.
They've even threatened is during the lockdown to state if we got furloughed we probably would never get hired again.
