Depends which department you're joining. Sales normally starts with an assessment day and some training that you need to pass. Most other departments follow a more typical two or three stage interview process - maybe with a presentation or demo of your skills along the way. But like with most companies, if you're good at what you do and you give it your best, you'll do well.

Sometimes you might have to work on a presentation or a brief assignment, but typically it will be structured similarly to any other interviews you've had before. It's all about getting to know you

Answered 12 December 2020Some big crazy facade interview which the head of field sales uses to show off and talk about himself and try and embarrass people for 6 hours. If you can put up with that, you got a job. Place has got the biggest turnover in staff.
