A really accommodating company, with support from the whole team (from top down !). A friendly and welcoming place to work !A great company for growth.Very competitive bonus schemes that really incentivise staff.
Free pizza, accommodating to days off... no early starts !
Evenings shifts (people don’t eat pizza for breakfast right)
Really fun job that works well in my lifestyle, flexible hours, nice team. Nice customers tip well, but maybe because I smile when i see them! The team works well and when it's busy everyone knows what job the need to do
free pizza, tips, free uniform
only one pizza per shift ;)
This is one of the friendliest companies I have ever worked with, shifts are enjoyable due to the supportive company culture in YSP. The company as a whole is very transparent, its incredibly useful to have such insight to a company. YSP is very flexible and accommodating with the rota changes.
Free pizzas and staff discounts! Christmas week the stores are closed :-)))
Mostly evening shifts ...
It has been a month and abit I have been working here at yard sale pizza Clapton and I absolutely love it. My colleague have been very supportive into cheering me on for success and the manager is someone you can talk to as a friend.
Started out working in front of house as assistant manager, and with hard work and good attitude received increased pay within the first year and in the second year have progressed to work directly with the head office team. Progression is encouraged and everyone has a great attitude within the company
Friendly management and awesome staff. This job really attracts a particular kind of person so everybody here is easy to get on with. It's weekly pay, staff get to choose the playlist which is nice. The job is pretty easy and the customers are laid back. Free pizza on shift. Only downside is the pay, and your hours can get shortened because its a 0 hour contract. More suitable for students or those looking for part-time work to fit around a side hustle.

They claim they have a month probationary period, in my opinion I was the hardest worker there prior time, no complaints from anyone ever..yet I had an unfair dismissal due to “we like to give all a chance, we hire and fire all the time”. I did not do anything wrong, the management were lazy and rude always. But I very much enjoyed the job up until that moment.
I learned a lot about customer service and maintaining a professional, positive attitude in stressful situations. I made a lot of life long friends here and leaned a lot about how a successful business is run.
