Demoralising
The more work you do the less you earn on a decreasing pay scale must cover temp workers work when they have time off if the last wagon dosent tip till 13.00 hrs you are still expected to deliver all of your parcels in the correct time frame if you want out of the depot early you have to help to tip the wagons

Horrible company to work with
I am professional delivery and working in industry since 2016. I worked with yodel as home delivery driver and I realized after day 2 not worth it working for yodel. -Very bad management-What you see in interview and what you get in real not matching. - I stopped working for yodel more then 2 months now and I still haven't paid my last balance. They supposed to pay in every fortnight. Such a big LIE!Advice: Never ever consider to work for yodel. Save your time!

Great place to work
Fun place to work with great people, culture varies within sites but overall people are happy being there. Colleagues will also go out of their way to help each other.
