Toxic a lot of back stabbing if your face fits you will be fine What is a typical day like for you at the company? Arrive at 6am then sort and put in order all your parcels load them onto your van and hopefully you will be ready to set off around 8.30am

Poor pay
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Christchurch, Dorset - 16 December 2022
Poor pay, 80p per parcel which doesn't include fuel, insurance, travelling to the area worked or loading parcels into car which can can take up to an hour. Poor communication from management, any information missed on parcel they expect me to call the customer out of my own time. Texts or calls from customers when I'm not working and not getting paid for. Too much red tape now in delivering parcels.
Pros
A job that can be done in school hours
Cons
Poor pay

Not Paid Enough
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Northumberland - 17 October 2022
I was a local delivery driver using my own car to deliver "small?" parcels. Meet at pick up point at 9:00am and wait for Yodel van to deliver our parcels which we then had to sort out and load into our car. Depending on the amount of parcels this could take anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour of your unpaid time. The supervisors were helpful as they could be but basically your self employed, load your car and get on with it. Load sizes were either feast or famine, During busy times - run up to Xmas etc your car would be rammed with parcels and it could be a 6 hour shift or longer (and on the winter nights trying to find house numbers can be a pain). During quiet times we were supposed to get a minimum number of parcels to make it financially viable but there were many days where there was only a handful of parcels to deliver. It was a 6 day week, Monday to Saturday, no holiday pay and by the time you take into account fuel costs, insurance and excessive wear and tear on you're vehicle the pay just doesn't cover it.
